In a few months, a new crop of pups will be back on the beaches, with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thewildbeat.com\/2013\/03\/on-a-happier-note-surfin-seals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Seal Sitters<\/a> and wildlife appreciators looking out for the young ones&#8217;
