Photography
As editor and creator of the About.com: San Francisco site, I regularly covered regional and travel events, both editorially and pictorially. Some of my photos have appeared in a publications, both online and in print.
My personal interest is nature and wildlife photography. I volunteer at a local wildlife hospital, and derive my passion for environmental subjects in part from my work in wildlife rehabilitation.
I use Photoshop and Apple’s Aperture for image optimization, leaning toward realism, documenting scenes as they are.
